THE OPPORTUNITY
At this early stage in your understanding of the business it would be wise to understand what you will be
physically doing on a day to day basis, and what opportunity exists for you to run your business in a way that
suits your available time.
Initially you will be under going a course of training so that you are in a position to run the business by
yourself in the knowledge that we are here to back you up at all times. The length of time this takes
depends upon your abilities and the knowledge you already have of business in general, it can last from two
to 8 weeks. However do be prepared for continuous self improvement training, everybody should continue
to learn throughout their lives.
You will be communicating with small to medium business owner's and managers where you will offer a
solution to many of their problems, not least of which is reducing their operating costs. You will be helping to
provide Staff and Management Training.
When you start an ALS Training Centre franchise ,in common with most other franchises, you will gain the
exclusive right to operate in a per-defined area. In most cases this is bases upon your postcode/s, and offers
you protection from surrounding areas.
All our franchise agreements are basically the same and reflect exactly the terms we agree between us prior
to your joining., but we are passionate that you should be able to run them uniquely. So for example, you
might simply be looking for a relatively straight- forward, work from home part time opportunity, which gives
you the potential to earn a good solid income or something more, you have this option.
In any event, you will be highly regarded in your area. Your clients will simply love working with you - you are,
after all, helping them reach their goals in the most easy and cost effective way.
There will of course be a small amount of business administration, but please don't worry about it, we provide
a computer based system which makes the job a breeze. The system takes care of all your essential paper
work, Invoices, Purchase orders, Balances etc and is designed to meet the requirements of HM department
of Inland Revenue.
Delivering the Training is a breeze too, all the hard work has been done for you and your clients will enjoy the
high standard of the materials which have been produced by the leading authorities in each particular
subject. Effectively your clients are given the best teachers in the world.
Your clients will pay you on an ongoing monthly, quarterly or yearly basis and their remittances automatically
